What is EDIT?

EDIT is important for both people and businesses. In the workplace, it increases wellbeing, productivity and reduces staff absenteeism. EDIT policies and procedures encourage the representation and participation of all people from a variety of cultural, racial and religious backgrounds. EDIT has become popular amongst leading employers and potential employees when considering a job offer.

The three components of EDIT are:

● Equity: Practices and policies that are just, transparent, and consistent

● Diversity: A wide range of differences identities, perspective, skills, style and being

● Inclusion: An active welcoming , that connects, and values all without harming anyone or anything.
